Course overview
This course provides an introduction to Project Management using PRINCE2. The course is designed to equip the delegate with enough knowledge of PRINCE2 to enable them to work within a project environment following the method.
This course provides the theoretical basis to allow the delegate, after practice, to achieve a skill level in project management associated with knowing the structure of PRINCE2 and how it relates to managing business projects.
