PRINCE2® Practitioner package (available on public schedule )
Tanner James offers a package for those wishing to complete both PRINCE2® Foundation and PRINCE2® Practitioner Levels. The package includes the 3 day Foundation Course, Foundation exam, 2 day Practitioner Session, Practitioner Exam and a copy of the PRINCE2® Manual. $2,706 including gst
Dates for the Package option are a combination of the Foundation and Practitioner dates listed below and on our training calendar.· All dates must be nominated at time of booking in order to take advantage of the package deal

PRINCE2® FOUNDATION COURSE (available on public schedule or in-house)
This three day Foundation course will provide you with a sound understanding of the PRINCE2® components and process model and will prepare you for sitting the PRINCE2® Foundation Exam ·(1 hour multi-choice format) at the end of the course. Exercises are used throughout this course to reinforce learning. Exercise sessions account for approximately 20% of the course. The pricing includes the 3 day Foundation Course, Foundation exam and a copy of the PRINCE2® Manual. $1,875.50 including gst

PRINCE2® Practitioner Course (available on public schedule or in-house)
The PRINCE2® Practitioner is an intensive 2-day course combining revision sessions and PRINCE2® Practitioner exam practice sessions. The course is designed to effectively prepare you to sit and pass the PRINCE2® Practitioner Exam which will be taken on the afternoon of the second day. The pricing includes the 2 day Practitioner Course and Practitioner exam. $1,391.50 including gst

PRINCE2® IN-PRACTICE COURSE (4 days) (available in-house) This hands-on four day course will provide you with a solid model for setting up and successfully managing your projects. Case study sessions using your project scenarios are used throughout this course to focus on the practical application of the method within your environment and reinforce learning. These case study sessions account for approximately 50% of the course. The course includes the Foundation exam and a copy of the PRINCE2® Manual.

PRINCE2® EXECUTIVE BRIEFING (1/2 day) (available in-house) This half-day course provides a detailed look at the benefits and structure of PRINCE2® from a senior management perspective.·· A solid framework for reporting/information gathering and subsequent decision-making will be provided, based on the underlying principle of management by exception. The course is designed to equip you with enough knowledge of PRINCE2® to enable you to participate in providing overall direction to a project following the method, either as a project board member or as project assurance.·· Please contact us for in-house pricing.
